The blade combines different textures and steel grades: the bevelled, polished bolster merges into the satin-finished, rounded blade spine made of SUS420J2 stainless steel and ends in an edge made of particularly hard VG-MAX steel. The blades are ground on both sides and combine minimalist aesthetics with high edge retention and corrosion resistance.
